Audi A3 & VW MK7 Golf, Jetta, GTI 1.8T & 2.0T TSI Engine Tuning

VAST is pleased to present our 1.8T & 2.0T TSI Engine Tuning Service. With the release of updated 2.0T direct fuel injected engine in 2015 to the USA, we have invested heavily into calibration for updates in the timing system, AVS, FSI high pressure drive system, turbocharger spool improvements, etc. 

This tuning is for the SIMOS generation computers. (SIMOS 12, SIMOS 16, SIMOS 18, etc.) Please note, this EXCLUDES THE GOLF R or AUDI S3.

Our base tuning gains will add 40-50chp and 80ftlbs of torque. Stage 2 will gain an additional 20chp and 20ft-lbs of torque. With stage 3, the sky is the limit but typical vehicles we have tuned reliably are in the 400-520whp range, with a built motor and additional fueling upgrades.

We always recommend our colder spark plugs, more frequent than recommended engine oil changes, timing chain maintenance, updated high pressure fuel sensor and a carbon cleaning of the intake system. The PCV system on this motor is another area we would address to make sure your vehicle is up to par for tuning.

Our Engine controller flash can be done via OBD port or with the ECU out on the bench.
