BMW N54 3.0 Turbocharged Tuning

VAST is pleased to announce its release of BMW N54 engine calibrations for Stage 1 all the way through Stage 3 turbocharger upgrades and full bolt ons and even E85 blends. 

We recommend our colder VAST BMW spark plug in addition to any tuning for your inline 6 turbocharged motor.  Carbon cleaning is a secondary item to address in higher mileage vehicles past 40-60k miles. Some areas of concern when we receive the N54 vehicles for tuning are coil packs, ECU/DME injector driver issues, cracked rubber hosing, diverter valves failing, coolant line degradation, etc. 

Typical Stage 1 gains are 75hp/100ft-lbs of torque and Stage 2 gains are 125hp/150ft-lbs of torque. Results may be even better with good bolt ons, quality fuel, no carbon buildup in intake, etc. Stage 3 will depend much more on your turbo choice and other bolt ons and fueling. 

We do recommend our VAST Transmission computer calibrations to make the most of the power band of your engine. 

All of our tuning is done via the OBD port or bench flashing, if you were to ship us your DME or we need to back up the computer, clone it, etc.
